Mentor 360
The mission of Mentor 360 is to foster excellence of clinical practitioners and teachers through feedback, reflection, and collaboration. Mentor 360 provides a platform for guided self-reflection in various critical areas specific to clinical practice and/or teaching. Mentor 360 also connects mentors and mentees to collaborate in sharing expertise and collect external feedback from others about their clinical practice or teaching. Mentor 360 allows users to set goals and track their progress over time. Proceeds from the use of the Mentor 360 app supports mentorship of healthcare workers in underserved and underdeveloped regions of the world.
